Heart Rate Monitor Application to measure heart rates by using image processing function to measure the change of user`s finger red values and take avarage of change over the time. and recently i`ve developed it`s observer version to get notified if any user has a dangrous heart rate, and record this notification on a dashboard with user`s info like (user location presented on Google Maps, string of location details, user phone number, user age, user`s heart rate)
